I have just had a cup of tea and a piece of Jenny's cake - I couldn't fault it, moist, not too heavy, filling jam and cream and the icing was perfect.

Just a little note to say those cakes were out of this world!!! best cakes we've had in a long time, my hubby isn't a cake person but he certainly ate more than one slice of the birthday cakes.
The boys were thrilled with them and all the mums wanted to know who the baker was, needless to say they took all your business cards off me!!
